Alistair has over 20 years’ risk and internal audit experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities and in a cross-industry Professional Services capacity.

Alistair was most recently a Director of Risk Assurance at PwC.  He has held management and supervisory positions at BG Group (FTSE 20 Upstream Oil and Gas), KBR (Global EPC contractor) and Centrica (FTSE 100 Utilities).

Alistair specialises in internal audit, project assurance and governance.

BEN ARNOLD

DIRECTOR

Ben has over 20 year’s international experience in risk management, internal audit, governance and process improvement.

Ben currently holds non-executive board positions at the Southern Forests Food Council and Audit & Risk Committee member for the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia, City of Kwinana, City of Fremantle and Town of East Fremantle.

Ben has previously held management positions at BHP, KBR and the Office of Auditor General and non-executive board positions at Amnesty International (Australia), Museums Australia (WA), IIA Chapter (WA), ACFE Chapter (WA) and Consumer Credit Legal Society.

Qualifications

Current: Chartered Accountant (CA). Previous: Fellow of the Governance Institute (FGIA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Mgmt Assurance (CRMA). and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

ANNA MOOLMAN

DIRECTOR

Anna is a certified practising risk manager and lead auditor who has 25 years of experience across diverse industries.

Anna’s areas of specialisation are risk and business management systems, auditing against ISO standards and internal control frameworks, and supporting organisational strategy and communications.

Anna has worked in the mining and resources industry in Chile and Australia and is fluent in Spanish.

MIKE NISBET

DIRECTOR

Mike has 20 years’ experience in Governance, Risk, Audit, Compliance and IT roles. He has held management and supervisory positions at CBH, Brambles and HP.

Mike is the current Vice President for ISACA Perth Chapter and is passionate about improving business performance through the successful combination of capable people, effective processes, and intuitive technology.

KARLO DJINDJIC

Karlo has over 15 years experience as an internal audit, risk and governance professional.

Karlo previously held internal audit roles at Chevron Australia (Wheatstone LNG Project) and INPEX Australia. Prior to these roles, Karlo was a Manager within KPMG Perth’s Internal Audit, Risk and Controls team.

VICKY ARNOLD

PRINCIPAL

Vicky has over 15 years’ business and communications experience in both the private and public sector.  Vicky has significant knowledge of the principles of developing and managing integrated customer focused marketing communications strategies and not for profit business development.

Vicky has both internal and external communication experience, strong brand management development experience as well as graphic design, publication and digital media expertise.

ANNABEL PURT

PRINCIPAL

Annabel has over 15 years’ international experience working in a cross-industry Professional Services capacity, providing Audit, Risk Advisory and Tax services.

Annabel worked as a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax within the Big 4, before her most recent role lecturing and tutoring Accounting, Audit and Tax at graduate and post-graduate level.

Annabel specialises in Corporate Tax, Tax Planning and Tax Advisory.

David has over 25 years’ experience as an Instructor/Assessor and WorkSafe Assessor for maintenance and production skills in the oil and gas, chemical processing, construction, mining and mobile equipment disciplines.

David has a total of over 51 years hands-on experience in the Resources industry in maintenance and production disciplines either as an Accredited Trainer, Quality Assurance Auditor, Control Room Operator, Process Operator, Maintainer, Safety Representative.

NICOLE WILKIN

Nicole has 25 years experience bringing systems, processes and people together to deliver business improvement. This includes the attainment of ISO27001 Certification and DISP Membership.

She has held management and supervisory positions at Telstra and Austal and is a passionate facilitator, coach, and mentor.

NORA TJONG

DIRECTOR

Nora is a qualified CPA with 20 years’ experience in mining and resources, public practice accounting and education.

Nora has extensive experience in governance, risk management and finance for a large multinational organisation, with particular focus on reporting and analysis of large and complex data. Nora is also experienced in the delivery of complex technology projects with multi-layered stakeholders.
