A&P Advisory is very pleased to announce that it has been successfully reappointed to the Western Australia state agencies Common Use Arrangement (CUA) for audit and financial advisory services ( CUAAFA2024) following 7 years of successful delivery with over 30 agencies under the previous CUAAFA2018.
Services delivered to WA State Government Agencies
Through the panel, A&P Advisory will continue to offer the following services:
Audit Services (Category A)
- Internal audits, performance (operational) audits, compliance audits, financial audits, information systems audits and corporate governance reviews.
Risk Advisory Services (Category B)
- For business/business unit, procurement, project, program or initiative risk reviews, assessments and facilitation services including advice and assistance in defining and assessing risk categories and treatments, workshops, and training.
Program, Project, and Business Process Reviews (Category H)
- For the appraisal and evaluation of Customer programs. Reviews are for identifying and understanding the results of a program and their impacts, as well as what can be the best alternatives to help in decision-making and lead to improvement in the process.
Common Use Arrangements
Common Use Arrangements (CUAs) in Western Australia are used to streamline government purchasing by providing a single set of pre-negotiated contracts for commonly used goods and services across all state agencies, ensuring better value for money, reduced administrative burden, and compliance with procurement policies by minimising the need for individual agency contract negotiations with suppliers.
The use of the CUAAFA2024 is:
- Mandatory for the Perth metropolitan region and non-mandatory in the regions for State agencies for Categories A to G and I
- Optional for corporate Commonwealth entities (CCEs) and Commonwealth companies (CCs), including Government Business Enterprises (GBEs), authorised by the Department of Finance (Finance) to use the Panel.
